This is a pair of small end cutting pliers. Excellent for cutting component wire sticking through a circuit board after soldering. They work very well in a tight place. They are marked with the Manufacturer's Name, Utica, and the Utica 3-Diamond logo. I purchased these over 40 years ago and am now just clearing or extra tools that I had accumulated. Please note that the 6" metal rule in some photos for scale is NOT a part of this sale. I will have a number of pliers, and other small hand tools for sale.
